HARUS IKUTAN
Lomba Menulis Cerpen Remaja (LMCR) 2010
* Berhadiah Total Rp 85 Juta + LIP ICE-SELSUN GOLDEN AWARD
* Peserta Siswa SLTP (Kategori A), Siswa SLTA (Kategori B) dan Mahasiswa/Guru/Umum (Kategori C)
Syarat-syarat Lomba:
1. Lomba ini terbuka untuk pelajar tingkat SLTP (Kategori A), SLTA (Kategori B) dan Mahasiswa/Guru/Umum (Kategori C) dari seluruh Indonesia maupun yang studi/bekerja di luar negeri. Kecuali keluarga besar PT ROHTO Laboratories Indonesia dan Panitia/Dewan Juri LMCR 2010
2. Lomba dibuka 21 April 2010 dan ditutup 15 September 2010 (Stempel Pos)
3. Tema Cerita: Dunia remaja dan segala aspek kehidupannya (cinta, kebahagiaan, kepedihan, harapan, kegagalan, cita-cita, derita dan kekecewaan)
4. Judul bebas tetapi harus mengacu tema Butir 3
5. Setiap peserta boleh mengirimkan lebih dari satu judul
6. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia literer (indah, menarik, mengalir) dan komunikatif. Bahasa gaul dan bahasa daerah/asing boleh digunakan untuk segmen dialog para tokohnya – jika itu diperlukan dan sesuai dengan tema
7. Naskah yang dilombakan harus asli (bukan jiplakan) dan belum pernah dipublikasi
8. Ketentuan Khusus:
1. Naskah ditulis di kertas ukuran kuarto, ditik berjarak 1,5 spasi, font 12, huruf Times New Roman, margin justified 2 Cm, panjang naskah antara 6 – 10 halaman, dikirim ke panitia dalam bentuk printout 3 (tiga) rangkap/copy disertai file dalam bentuk CD.
2. b. Cantumkan sinopsis maksimal 1 (satu) halaman, mini-biodata pengarang, foto 4R, fotocopy KTP atau SIM/Paspor/Student Card
3. Setiap judul cerpen yang dilombakan wajib dilampiri kemasan LIP ICE (bagian kartonnya) atau segel SELSUN Shampo jenis apa saja
4. d. Naskah cerpen yang dilombakan beserta persyaratannya dimasukkan ke dalam satu amplop (boleh berisi beberapa judul), cantumkan tulisan PESERTA LMCR-2010 dan Kategori-nya di atas amplop kanan atas dan dikirim ke: Panitia LMCR-2010 LIP ICE-SELSUN GOLDEN AWARD – Jalan Gunung Pancar No.25 Bukit Golf Hijau, Sentul City Bogor 16810

PERUNDINGAN INDONESIA-BELANDA
Perundingan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 1946 dan dihadiri oleh tingkat panitia dari Indonesia dan Belanda. Perundingan ini diketuai oleh Lord Killearn (duta Istimewa Kerajaan Inggris bertindak sebagai penengah antara Indonesia dan Belanda). Perundingan tingkat panitia ini menghasilkan menghasilkan perjanjian tentang gencatan senjata, yang isinya :
1.Gencatan senjata diadakan atas dasar kedudukan militer pada waktu itu dan atas dasar kekuatan militer Sekutu serta Indonesia
2.Dibentuk sebuah Komisi Bersama Gencatan Senjata untuk masalah-masalah teknis pelaksanaan gencatan senjata.
Perjanjian gencatan senjata ini diadakan disebabkan oleh peperangan antara Indonesia yang terus-terusan berlangsung.

PERJANJIAN NEW YORK
Perjanjian ini ditandatangani pada tanggal 1 Oktober 1962. Isi perjanjian ini :
1.Setelah pengesahan persetujuan Indonesia-Belanda, selambat-lambatnya pada 1 Oktober 1962 Penguasa/pemerintahan Sementara PBB, UNTEA (United Nations Temporary Executive Authority) akan tiba di Irian Barat untuk melakukan serah terima pemerintahan dari tangan Belanda. Ketika itu bendera Belanda diturunkan dan diganti dengan bendera PBB.
2.Pemerintah Sementara PBB akan menggunakan tenega-tenaga Indonesia, baik sipil, maupun alat-alat keamanan, bersama-sama dengan alat-alat keamanan putra-putri Irian Barat sendiri dan sisa-sisa pegawai Belanda yang masih diperlukan.
3.Pasukan-pasukan Indonesia yang sudah ada di Irian barat akan tetap tinggal di Irian Barat, tetapi berstatus di bawah kekuasaan Pemerintah Sementara PBB.
4.Angkatan perang Belanda secara berangsur-angsur dikembalikan dan yang belum pulang ditempatkan di bawah pengawasan PBB serta tidak boleh dipakai dalam operasi-operasi militer.
5.Antara Irian Barat dan daerah Indonesia lainnya berlaku lalu lintas bebas.
6.Pada 31 Desember 1962, bendera Indonesia mulai berkibar di samping bendera PBB.
7.Pemulangan anggota-anggota sipil dan militer Belanda sudah harus selesai pada 1 Mei 1963, dan selambat-lambatnya 1 Mei 1963 pemerintah RI secara resmi menerima Irian Barat dan pemerintah sementara PBB.
Perjanjian New York ini diadakan karena Belanda merebut Irian Barat dari Indonesia. Dan untuk menjamin Irian barat tetap ada di Indonesia, maka dibuatlah perjanjian New York ini.
PERJANJIAN HASIL DARI SIDANG PARIS CLUB
Sidang Paris Club ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 April 1970. Isi dari perjanjian hasil sidang Paris Club adalah :
1.pembayaran hutang pokok dilaksanakan selama 30 tahun, dari tahun 1970 sampai dengan tahun 1999
2.pembayaran dilaksanakan secara angsuran, dengan angsran tahunaan yang sama baesarnya.
3.Selama pengangsuran tidak dikenakan biaya.
4.Pembayaran hutang dilaksanaan atas dasar prinsip nondiskriminatif, baik terhadap negara kreditor maupun terhadap sifat atau tujuan kredit.
Sidang Paris Club ini dilaksanakan karena situasi perekonomian dan keuangan Indonesia pada tahun 1966 sangat buruk. Sementara itu hutang Indonesia saat itu sudah mencapai US S 2.2 sampai 2.7 miliar. Untuk itu Indonesia meminta persetujuan para kredito agar dapat menunda pembayaran hutang-hutang Indonesia tersebut.
KETIGA NASKAH PERSETUJUAN BERSAMA
Naskah Persetujuan Bersama ini merupakan hasil dari Perundingan Uni Soviet, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Febuari 1960. Perundingan ini dihadiri oleh Delegasi Indonesia yang diketuai oleh Presiden Soekarno dan delegasi Uni Soviet yang diketuai oleh Perdana Menteri Nikita Khrushchev. Perundingan Indonesia-Uni soviet ini menghasilkan Ketiga Naskah Persetujuan Bersama, yang isinya :
1.Pernyataan besama antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan pemerintah Uni Soviet.
2.Perjanjian kerjasama kebudayaan antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan pemerintah Uni Soviet.
3.Perjanjian kerjasama ekonomi antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan pemerintah Uni Soviet.
Ketiga naskah persetujuan ini disebabkan oleh keadaan ekonomi Republik Indonesia pada tahun 1960 terpuriuk, dan pada saat itu Uni Soviet memberikan pinjaman kredit sebesar US S 250.000.000 (dua ratus lima puluh juta dolar Amerika)
PERJANJIAN BANGKOK
Perjanjian Bangkok ini dilakukan oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak dan Menteri Luar Negeri Indonesia, Adam Malik. Perjanjian Bangkok ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Mei-1 Juni 1966 di Bangkok. Isi perjanjian Bangkok ini adalah :
1.Kepada rakyat Sabah dan Serawak akan diberi kesempatan menegaskan lagi keputusan yang telah mereka ambil mengenai kedudukan mereka dalam Malaysia.
2.Kedua pemerintahan (Indonesia-Malaysia) menyetujui memulihkan hubungan diplomatik.
3.Menghentikan tindakan-tindsksn permusuhan
Penyebab dibuatnya perjanjian Bangkok ini adalah pada saat itu hubungan Indonesia dengan Malaysia tidak baik. Dan perjanjian ini ditujukan untuk menormalisasi hubungan Indonesia dengan Malaysia.
PIAGAM PERSETUJUAN
Piagam persetujuan adalah perjanjian antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan Pemerintah Indonesia Serikat (RIS). Isi piagam persetujuan ini adalah :
1.RIS dan Republik Indonesia sepakat untuk membentuk negara kesatuan sebagai penjelmaan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Proklamasi Kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 1945 dengan Undang-Undang Dasar yang diperoleh dengan mengubah Konstitusi RIS sehingga prinsip-prinsip pokok Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan “bagian-bagian yang baik” dari konstitusi RIS termasuk di dalamnya.
2.RIS dan Republik Indonesia sepakat untuk membentuk panitia bersama guna menyusun rancangan Undang-Undang Dasar negara kesatuan.
Perjanjian antara Republik Indonesia dengan RIS dibuat agar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia kembali bersatu, tidak ada lagi Republik Indonesia Serikat (RIS)
PERJANJIAN PEDAMAIAN ANTARA INDONESIA DAN JEPANG
Perjanjian Pedamaian Antara Indonesia dan Jepang menandakan berakhirnya keadaan perang yang diwarisi dari Hindia Belanda dalam Perang Dunia II. Isi perjanjian ini adalah :
Jumlah pampasan yang akan dibayarkan kepada Republik Indonesia sebesar Y 80.308.800.000 (US S 223.080.000) dalam bentuk barang-barang dan jasa. Pembayaran pampasan perang tersebut dibayar secara berangsur selama 12 tahun, sebagai pelaksanaanya antara lain telah dikirim ratusa pemuda dan mahasiswa Indonesia untuk belajar di Jepang.
Perjanjian ini dibuat sebab Jepang telah membuat rakyat Republik Indonesia menderitya dan mengalami banyak kerusakan akibat perang.
RESOLUSI NEW DELHI
Resolusi New Delhi merupakan hasil dari Konferensi Asia di New Delhi.konferensi ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-23 Januari 1949. Indonesia diwakili oleh Mr. A. A. Maramis. Konferensi ini juga dihadiri oleh beberapa wakil dari negara Asia yang lain seperti dari Singapura, India, dan ada juga wakil dari Amerika Serikat. Isi dari Resolusi New Delhi ini adalah :
1.Himbauan penarikan mundur seluruh pasukan Belanda dari wilayah Republik Indonesia.
2.Pengembalian pemerintah Republik Indonesia ke Yogyakarta
3.Pembentukan pemerintah peralihan Indonesia.
4.Penyerahan kedaulatam kepada RIS paling lambat 1 januari 1950
Dibuatnya resolusi ini adalah untiuk membicarakan Agresi Militer Belanda II.
PERJANJIAN LINGGARJATI
Perundingan Linggarjati dilaksanakan tanggal 10 November 1947. Isi perjanjian Linggarjati adalah :
1.Republik Indonesia dan Belanda sepakat bekerjasama membentuk negara Indonesia Serikat dengan Republik Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara bagiannya.
2.RIS dan Kerajaan Belanda terkait dalam Uni Indonesia-Belanda (Commonwealth) dengan mahkota negeri Belanda sebagai kepala Uni.
Sebab di buatnya perjanjian ini adalah Belanda ingin menguasai Indonesia. Dan untuk membujuk rakyat Indonesia maka dibuatlah perjanjian ini.

Pada umumnya perjanjian-perjanjian yang dibuat tersebut adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ada. Namun ada juga pembuatan perjanjian untuk memulai suatu hubungan. Setelah perjanjian dibuat, disepakati semua pihak yang terlibat juga telah ditandatangani oleh semua pihak maka, perjanjian itu harus ditaati. Jika tidak maka akan terjadi konflik, atau bahkan akan membuat konflik yang sudah ada semakin besar.
Perundingan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 1946 dan dihadiri oleh tingkat panitia dari Indonesia dan Belanda. Perundingan ini diketuai oleh Lord Killearn (duta Istimewa Kerajaan Inggris bertindak sebagai penengah antara Indonesia dan Belanda). Perundingan tingkat panitia ini menghasilkan menghasilkan perjanjian tentang gencatan senjata, yang isinya :
1.Gencatan senjata diadakan atas dasar kedudukan militer pada waktu itu dan atas dasar kekuatan militer Sekutu serta Indonesia
2.Dibentuk sebuah Komisi Bersama Gencatan Senjata untuk masalah-masalah teknis pelaksanaan gencatan senjata.
Perjanjian gencatan senjata ini diadakan disebabkan oleh peperangan antara Indonesia yang terus-terusan berlangsung.

PERJANJIAN NEW YORK
Perjanjian ini ditandatangani pada tanggal 1 Oktober 1962. Isi perjanjian ini :
1.Setelah pengesahan persetujuan Indonesia-Belanda, selambat-lambatnya pada 1 Oktober 1962 Penguasa/pemerintahan Sementara PBB, UNTEA (United Nations Temporary Executive Authority) akan tiba di Irian Barat untuk melakukan serah terima pemerintahan dari tangan Belanda. Ketika itu bendera Belanda diturunkan dan diganti dengan bendera PBB.
2.Pemerintah Sementara PBB akan menggunakan tenega-tenaga Indonesia, baik sipil, maupun alat-alat keamanan, bersama-sama dengan alat-alat keamanan putra-putri Irian Barat sendiri dan sisa-sisa pegawai Belanda yang masih diperlukan.
3.Pasukan-pasukan Indonesia yang sudah ada di Irian barat akan tetap tinggal di Irian Barat, tetapi berstatus di bawah kekuasaan Pemerintah Sementara PBB.
4.Angkatan perang Belanda secara berangsur-angsur dikembalikan dan yang belum pulang ditempatkan di bawah pengawasan PBB serta tidak boleh dipakai dalam operasi-operasi militer.
5.Antara Irian Barat dan daerah Indonesia lainnya berlaku lalu lintas bebas.
6.Pada 31 Desember 1962, bendera Indonesia mulai berkibar di samping bendera PBB.
7.Pemulangan anggota-anggota sipil dan militer Belanda sudah harus selesai pada 1 Mei 1963, dan selambat-lambatnya 1 Mei 1963 pemerintah RI secara resmi menerima Irian Barat dan pemerintah sementara PBB.
Perjanjian New York ini diadakan karena Belanda merebut Irian Barat dari Indonesia. Dan untuk menjamin Irian barat tetap ada di Indonesia, maka dibuatlah perjanjian New York ini.
PERJANJIAN HASIL DARI SIDANG PARIS CLUB
Sidang Paris Club ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 April 1970. Isi dari perjanjian hasil sidang Paris Club adalah :
1.pembayaran hutang pokok dilaksanakan selama 30 tahun, dari tahun 1970 sampai dengan tahun 1999
2.pembayaran dilaksanakan secara angsuran, dengan angsran tahunaan yang sama baesarnya.
3.Selama pengangsuran tidak dikenakan biaya.
4.Pembayaran hutang dilaksanaan atas dasar prinsip nondiskriminatif, baik terhadap negara kreditor maupun terhadap sifat atau tujuan kredit.
Sidang Paris Club ini dilaksanakan karena situasi perekonomian dan keuangan Indonesia pada tahun 1966 sangat buruk. Sementara itu hutang Indonesia saat itu sudah mencapai US S 2.2 sampai 2.7 miliar. Untuk itu Indonesia meminta persetujuan para kredito agar dapat menunda pembayaran hutang-hutang Indonesia tersebut.
KETIGA NASKAH PERSETUJUAN BERSAMA
Naskah Persetujuan Bersama ini merupakan hasil dari Perundingan Uni Soviet, yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Febuari 1960. Perundingan ini dihadiri oleh Delegasi Indonesia yang diketuai oleh Presiden Soekarno dan delegasi Uni Soviet yang diketuai oleh Perdana Menteri Nikita Khrushchev. Perundingan Indonesia-Uni soviet ini menghasilkan Ketiga Naskah Persetujuan Bersama, yang isinya :
1.Pernyataan besama antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan pemerintah Uni Soviet.
2.Perjanjian kerjasama kebudayaan antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan pemerintah Uni Soviet.
3.Perjanjian kerjasama ekonomi antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan pemerintah Uni Soviet.
Ketiga naskah persetujuan ini disebabkan oleh keadaan ekonomi Republik Indonesia pada tahun 1960 terpuriuk, dan pada saat itu Uni Soviet memberikan pinjaman kredit sebesar US S 250.000.000 (dua ratus lima puluh juta dolar Amerika)
PERJANJIAN BANGKOK
Perjanjian Bangkok ini dilakukan oleh Perdana Menteri Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak dan Menteri Luar Negeri Indonesia, Adam Malik. Perjanjian Bangkok ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Mei-1 Juni 1966 di Bangkok. Isi perjanjian Bangkok ini adalah :
1.Kepada rakyat Sabah dan Serawak akan diberi kesempatan menegaskan lagi keputusan yang telah mereka ambil mengenai kedudukan mereka dalam Malaysia.
2.Kedua pemerintahan (Indonesia-Malaysia) menyetujui memulihkan hubungan diplomatik.
3.Menghentikan tindakan-tindsksn permusuhan
Penyebab dibuatnya perjanjian Bangkok ini adalah pada saat itu hubungan Indonesia dengan Malaysia tidak baik. Dan perjanjian ini ditujukan untuk menormalisasi hubungan Indonesia dengan Malaysia.
PIAGAM PERSETUJUAN
Piagam persetujuan adalah perjanjian antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan Pemerintah Indonesia Serikat (RIS). Isi piagam persetujuan ini adalah :
1.RIS dan Republik Indonesia sepakat untuk membentuk negara kesatuan sebagai penjelmaan Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Proklamasi Kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 1945 dengan Undang-Undang Dasar yang diperoleh dengan mengubah Konstitusi RIS sehingga prinsip-prinsip pokok Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan “bagian-bagian yang baik” dari konstitusi RIS termasuk di dalamnya.
2.RIS dan Republik Indonesia sepakat untuk membentuk panitia bersama guna menyusun rancangan Undang-Undang Dasar negara kesatuan.
Perjanjian antara Republik Indonesia dengan RIS dibuat agar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia kembali bersatu, tidak ada lagi Republik Indonesia Serikat (RIS)
PERJANJIAN PEDAMAIAN ANTARA INDONESIA DAN JEPANG
Perjanjian Pedamaian Antara Indonesia dan Jepang menandakan berakhirnya keadaan perang yang diwarisi dari Hindia Belanda dalam Perang Dunia II. Isi perjanjian ini adalah :
Jumlah pampasan yang akan dibayarkan kepada Republik Indonesia sebesar Y 80.308.800.000 (US S 223.080.000) dalam bentuk barang-barang dan jasa. Pembayaran pampasan perang tersebut dibayar secara berangsur selama 12 tahun, sebagai pelaksanaanya antara lain telah dikirim ratusa pemuda dan mahasiswa Indonesia untuk belajar di Jepang.
Perjanjian ini dibuat sebab Jepang telah membuat rakyat Republik Indonesia menderitya dan mengalami banyak kerusakan akibat perang.
RESOLUSI NEW DELHI
Resolusi New Delhi merupakan hasil dari Konferensi Asia di New Delhi.konferensi ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-23 Januari 1949. Indonesia diwakili oleh Mr. A. A. Maramis. Konferensi ini juga dihadiri oleh beberapa wakil dari negara Asia yang lain seperti dari Singapura, India, dan ada juga wakil dari Amerika Serikat. Isi dari Resolusi New Delhi ini adalah :
1.Himbauan penarikan mundur seluruh pasukan Belanda dari wilayah Republik Indonesia.
2.Pengembalian pemerintah Republik Indonesia ke Yogyakarta
3.Pembentukan pemerintah peralihan Indonesia.
4.Penyerahan kedaulatam kepada RIS paling lambat 1 januari 1950
Dibuatnya resolusi ini adalah untiuk membicarakan Agresi Militer Belanda II.
PERJANJIAN LINGGARJATI
Perundingan Linggarjati dilaksanakan tanggal 10 November 1947. Isi perjanjian Linggarjati adalah :
1.Republik Indonesia dan Belanda sepakat bekerjasama membentuk negara Indonesia Serikat dengan Republik Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara bagiannya.
2.RIS dan Kerajaan Belanda terkait dalam Uni Indonesia-Belanda (Commonwealth) dengan mahkota negeri Belanda sebagai kepala Uni.
